| Soham Group’s 4,000 Units new-age township coming up at Besa |

It is good news for nagpurians as the city has been selected for new-age township by well-known group from Thane (Mumbai) – Soham Group. Billed as Asia’s first of its kind township, 50 per cent space will be earmarked for greenery.
The township, will house 4,000 dwelling units and coming up at Besa with an involvement of more than Rs 1,000 crore. It will be an integrated complex with luxurious housing. There will be alternate energy, sources said.
The entire project will take five years time to complete. Since 25 year, Soham Group has construction on 16 million square feet in Mumbai. The group turnover is Rs 1,500 crore.
Ranked as the 10th richest city of India, Nagpur is buzzing with the real estate developers as their new hotspot location. Due to prestigious project like, MIHAN, Nagpur will be the first trans-shipment point for business connecting Europe and Middle-East to the Far-East.
It has good road, rail and air conectivities and cosmopolitan culture with peaceful ambience. It is the highest student- populated city after Pune.
When confirmed, Deepak, Vasandani, Co-founder and Director, Anaya Real Estate, an arm of Soham Group, said, “Eco-friendly homes are something which we are looking forward to building in our next destination where we are planning green homes and lifestyle destination for the residents. These green homes would ensure 15 per cent less heat then the regular temputure.”
Anaya Real Estate and Luxora Realty jointly are coming up with a green initiative in Nagpur.
There will be row houses, sky villas, cottage, olympics sports training centre, school, hospitals, praying centre, thus creating a lifestyle living environment in Nagpur and attracting customer from various places of the country.
